MONARCH REALTY CO. ANNOUNCES NEW COASTAL DIVISION

RALEIGH, NC (August 5, 2021) – Starting in August, Monarch Realty Co., a real estate brokerage firm representing Raleigh, Durham and the Triangle, is expanding to the North Carolina coast with brokers in the greater Wilmington area and its surrounding beaches all the way to the Outer Banks. They will continue to provide the same array of comprehensive real estate services for residential and commercial properties throughout these areas.

“We’re excited to be expanding to the coast and we will continue to bring the same passion and expertise we do for the Triangle to buyers and sellers in Wilmington and the southern coast all the way up to the Outer Banks,” said Jason Queen, Founder, Monarch Realty Co.

This new division will be led by two brokers, with Brian Whiteside representing the Wilmington area and Matt Bennett serving the Outer Banks. “I grew up here, so it’s a dream come true for me to come back home and be a part of this,” said Bennett, who is from Kitty Hawk. “I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge of local communities, businesses and housing trends to help clients navigate one of their largest financial ventures.”

Representing Monarch Realty Co. in the Wilmington area will be Whiteside, who has lived there since 2008. “I’m passionate about helping people discover all that this amazing area has to offer,” said Whiteside. “My love for being on the water resonates with so many clients looking to own property at the coast.”
