Monarch Realty Co., a comprehensive real estate brokerage firm presenting Raleigh, Durham and the Triangle, has expanded to provide property management services for residential and commercial properties throughout the area.
“At Monarch, we’re looking to use our wealth of knowledge and experience in Raleigh transactions to position ourselves as a resource for all things Triangle real estate,” said Jason Queen, Founder of Monarch Realty Co. “We feel a sense of responsibility to meet the needs of our community, and look forward to adding residential and commercial property management to our roster of services so that we can provide an all-inclusive offering for buying and renting.”
The new division offers full-service property management—everything from listing and vacancy filling to accounting and contractor management. “We’re excited to offer our expertise purchasing, renting, and leasing properties in and around the Triangle,” said Wes Blaylock, a Broker at Monarch Realty Co. “We have the knowledge, resources, and connections to provide clients with a straightforward, turnkey experience.”
Monarch Realty Co. currently is responsible for the management of 14 properties throughout the Triangle. This includes residential and commercial properties working both with clients that own a single property and larger developer clients with multi-unit portfolios.
Monarch Realty Co. also has a vast network of property contractors to help their clients find tenants and navigate the leasing process for both commercial and residential buildings.
