Deeply rooted in our Monarch tribe, Cecilia has been a long-time family friend, and even had her wedding officiated by Monarch broker Matthew Fitzgerald. When asked about her passions, Cecilia quickly replied, “The three F’s – family, friends, and food.” We think that downtown Raleigh has a lot of folks that share this sentiment, as is obvious by the direction that the city’s growth is taking.
