Jason Queen founded Monarch Realty Co. to help enhance the relationship between real estate developers, investors, brokers, buyers, and sellers. Jason holds a Master’s in Urban Planning and Placemaking, an MBA in Financial Management, and has 16 years of real estate experience. He joined the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Preservation North Carolina in 2010, aiding in historic preservation advocacy across the nation.
Jason has developed Transfer Co Food Hall and The Work Hall, and also has over 75,000 sq. ft. of adaptive reuse developments in the works. Jason is a city council-appointed member of Raleigh’s new downtown master plan committee, a member of Preservation North Carolina and the Urban Land Institute, and a downtown Raleigh business and homeowner.
